I am a level 27 summoner and so far my mystical scroll summons have been pretty mediocre. I did get a Water Ninja (Susano) which is pretty neat, but other than that I've been getting some pretty unimpressive 3* monsters.
Then came last months Hall of Heroes. I didn't think I would be able to do much there because you needed 50 pieces and I was only level 24 then. I also didn't have great runes on my monsters. I respecced some of them and I was finally able to clear stage one. But, stage one never guaranteed you pieces. I spent all day on it, but I was able to get Conrad the Light Death Knight.
Yesterday I was farming the holy trinity of light summons, inugami, bearman, and vagabond. Thanks to some nice people I was able to get bearman and vagabond pretty easily. I had farmed some pieces of them last week. I THOUGHT I was halfway through inugami (Bella) but I actually had no pieces. Somebody let me in their dungeon and I only got 36 pieces. With literally 3 minutes to go I popped open another inugami dungeon and got the last pieces I needed.
I consider myself VERY lucky now and won't complain about my summons.
